Our Objectives:
- Create national visibility for innovative medical education initiatives that enhance resident training
- Educate faculty and residents on training competencies and milestones that lead to high board passage rates
- Promote resident well-being in the learning environment through multiple wellness initiatives
- Support resident scholarship through a Seed Grant program and nearly 100% resident participation in Quality Improvement projects
